Aero Wedge Pack Fixer Medium
I've used this for ~6 weeks now, and have no complaints. The "clip-on" model I have sits quite snug under my seat, is large enough for everything I like to have on hand, and doesn't interfere with pedalling.
Currently I'm using it for:
- Hand pump (storing inside the bag using the top elastic loops
- Alien II multitool
- Digital tire gauge
- Small front-pocket wallet (bill fold and a few credit cards basically)
- Keys
- iPod
- Inhaler
With that load it's full and needs to be expanded, but it gets everything out of my pockets without needing to use my larger bag.
It seems to be quite high quality. Others have commented on concerns about the clip strength, but I don't think it will be an issue. The clip doesn't need to be flexed much to release and appears sturdy--time will tell.
I did a lot of research and saddle bags and came away most impressed with this one. I bought the large size first and ended up switching to the medium because the large bag was rubbing against my legs. You can't go wrong with this bag for the price.
BalasHapusI'm extremely happy with this product. I've had it now for about 3 years on my road bike. The ability to take it off of the bike in 2 seconds makes it useful in the city, where anything that isn't secured disappears... Also, it is very durable and still looks/works great. I can fit a tube, power bar, cell phone, multi-tool, tire levers and keys--crammed! Also holds a mini-pump with a velcro loop that hangs from the bottom, but I keep my pump on the frame. Worth the price!

These Aero bags are the perfect bag for mountain or road biking. I do recommend the small for road and the medium for mountain if all you care about is carrying along emergency and maintenance supplies. The medium on the road bike looked to big. Also the velcro mount may be better for certain mountain bike saddles with suspension seat posts or if you ride with your saddle far forward.
BalasHapusVery convenient! Mounts/removes from bike in a second! Also it is well built and has plenty of room. Medium size bag snugly holds all my pals (iPod video, foldable headphones, cellphone, wallet, keys). Highly recommended!
BalasHapusI chose this seat pack to carry a small amount of gear that weighed down my jersy pocket. I am able to fit 2 road tubes, 2 CO2 cartridges + dispenser, small multi tool, a couple gel packs and energy bar, with just a tiny bit of room left. It is also able to be expanded just a bit by undoing a zipper around the body of the pack.
BalasHapusIt is very well made, securly attached to the seat, does not sway while riding, and comes off very quickly.
It is much better than I expected it to be, and for me a perfect size.
No more heavy jersy pockets on those long rides!
Unless you want the smallest of packs, I would recommend this.
I am a road cyclist that routinely rides 50+ miles for fun.
This bag has performed very well for me on my road bike, no rattling around, easy removal for pit stops. It has enough room for a spare inner tube, multi tool, keys and cell phone. and can be expanded slightly for some gel packs for particularly long excursions.
BalasHapusthe mounting system works very well. anything I've used in the past seems poor quality now. highly recommended and would buy from that manufacturer again
BalasHapusGood for storing keys, phone, snack, money, small tools etc. if you don't wear a cycling shirt with pockets. Easy to attach and I've not had any problems with it.
